This section is for identifying and understanding how to use the custom fields added to the Address object in the Donor 360 package. Be sure to choose the npsp_Address_c object.

==== Custom Fields ====
The following fields are available for use on an Address record and include email, phone, text, picklist and external ID for tracking address record information.  Work with your teams to determine which fields you plan to use and values that need to be defined. Make sure these are included on the Address Page Layout and Lightning Page.

  * Account Email
  * Account Fax
  * Account Name (text)
  * Account Phone
  * Account Phone Other
  * Account Phone Other Ext
  * ExtSysId
  * Mailing Country
  * Mailing State/Province
  * Seasonal End Date
  * Seasonal Start Date


==== Record Types ====
Two record types are available for use. 

  * Organizational Address record type is for use with Organizational Account records
  * Household Address record type is for use with Household Account records 

==== Account Action Buttons ====
On the Account [[donor360:using_donor_360:1accounts#Actions/Buttons|Actions/Buttons]], use **Creating New Household Address** or **Create New Organization Address** to create address records from the Account 

==== Record-Triggered Flow ====
The following autolaunched flow can be used in your org, which is a template. If the flow does everything you need it to do, leave it active. If customizations need to be made, click Deactivate, then Save As New Flow, name it and Save. Then customize as needed before Activating

  *** MakeAddressSearchable**
    * When an Address record is created (IS NEW) or updated for a Household Account, flow populates the Account Name (text) field with the Account Name. This flow simply populates a field on the address record that is searchable.
