Fund Distribution
This section is for identifying and understanding how to use the custom fields in the Fund Distribution object in the Donor 360 package. Fund Distribution is designed to track the recurring grants from a Designated fund (from same fund, to same organization and same or similar amount or percentage each year). This is designed to work with Foundation Partners Fund 360 package which includes two additional objects (Fund Distribution Entry and Fund Distribution Line as well as Grant Budget functionality) and triggered logic creates Funding Request records that are processed and paid to the grantee organization. If your org does not have Fund 360, Fund Distribution can still be used to track the Designated Fund grants. Integration with your accounting system may also be possible as well as using flow to automate creating funding requests.

Fields included with the Fund Distribution object include picklist, lookup, formula, date and text fields. Work with your teams to determine how your org uses this object. Make sure the fields are included on the Fund Intention Page Layout and Lightning Page.
